SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping
Our default shipping agent is Canada Post.
Our Canada Post online quotes are based on real time shipping rates. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges if there is a discrepancy. If this occurs you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.
We currently ship ground courier in Canada.
Sweet Bee takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur. Please contact Sweet Bee if any these issues occur as every shipment will have a tracking number provided.
For environmental reasons, packing slips will not be shipped with any order. Customers are encouraged to use the emailed invoice as a guide instead. Please contact Sweet Bee if you have any questions or concerns.
Please allow a week for shipments to go out as all our products are handmade to order. We will send an email with the tracking # when the product has been shipped. If you have a rush order please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Free Delivery to Guelph, Puslinch, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo:
Ontario - Minimum Order $15.
Local Pick up is available (Located in Kitchener, Ontario).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled after they have been filled will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The actual amount of time will vary. Please contact Sweet Bee with any questions or concerns.

Returns & Replacements
Every product is made to order to provide maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds. Therefor all purchases are final.

Sweet Bee is inculpable for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. We stand behind the caliber and integrity of every ingredient and product we craft, and we share all product ingredients on our website to foster personal discretion while shopping. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Coupons
Coupon discount amounts apply before shipping is added to be eligible for discount. For example if your order is under $50 before shipping is applied you can not use the discount code to receive the discount.
