Apply dime sized amount(or the amount you prefer) to the hand gently use fingers to apply on body or effected area, Rub in circular motion. It is recommended if using over night on face to wash the face before applying and wash off in the morning as it may clog pores. Avoid eye contact. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
